When our co-founder's father had a cardiac episode on a holiday weekend, the family spent four hours calling clinics and urgent care centers before finding a doctor who could see him. That experience — common, preventable, and infuriating — became the founding problem Caresync set out to solve.

We launched in 2023 with a simple premise: quality healthcare should be available to anyone, at any hour, at a price that doesn't require a billing negotiator to understand.

Today, Caresync serves more than 500,000 patients across 50 states, with 2,400 board-certified physicians practicing on the platform across 100+ specialties. We've completed over a million consultations. And we're just getting started.

Our values

What we stand for

Patient-first, always

Every product decision, every policy, every hire is evaluated against one question: does this make the patient experience better?

Radical accessibility

Healthcare access shouldn't depend on your zip code, your work schedule, or your insurance status. We build for everyone.

Clinical integrity

Telehealth is only valuable if it's medically sound. We never compromise on physician standards, clinical protocols, or patient safety.
